Fitness camp marks it's seventh successful year of exercising

We are celebrating seven years of getting people fit and healthy on the Isle. 

One thing we always set out to achieve was to make our fitness camps accessible to everyone, regardless of exercise experience or fitness levels. 

Seven years on, I can safely say that we have achieved that over and over again. Every bespoke Isle Lose It session caters for all abilities and no one gets left behind. 

Here is what one Isle Lose It member Sarah has to say about us: 

"I have been doing boot camp with Sue since she began camp 7 years ago and I’d be lost without it! It’s a way of life now. I tend to go to evening camp but sometimes go to early camp due to work and childcare. That’s what’s great is the flexibility it gives me. I so love the people at camp and the laugh we have. Sue provides the total package though, it’s not just about exercise, it’s about living a healthy life, which involves looking at food, sleep, stress etc".
